Swiss Potato Casserole

Ingredients
6 medium potatoes, about 6 cups sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. butter, cut into small pieces
1¼ cups (5 oz.) grated Swiss cheese
1½ cups whipping cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Place half the potato slices in a greased 7 X 11 shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, half the butter and half the Swiss cheese. Repeat with remaining half. Pour cream over top. Cover with foil; bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until golden and potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings.
