Promotional Terms and Conditions
The advertised price is the promotional pricing offer for Valley’s Internet Packages. Promotional offers include promotional dis­counts for a period of three years. At the conclusion of year one, year two’s internet pricing will be discounted by $20.00/per month. At the conclusion of year two, year three’s internet pricing will be discounted by $10.00/per month. Standard and then current internet package rates apply after the stated promotional period.

The advertised price does not include the following charges: Fiber Hub Fee, currently $9.99; any other monthly surcharges, taxes, and other amounts as required by law.

Offer and Package Availability: Offers and packages may be changed or terminated at any time without notice, may not be available in all areas, cannot be combined with any other offer, are not transferable and are void where prohibited. Available only to residential customers who have not received any promotional offered service within prior 90 days and meet other appli­cable requirements. Customer must agree to all applicable subscriber terms and policies. Other terms and conditions may apply.

Valley Total Technology Plan: The TTAP provides coverage as referenced in the TTAP document. No monthly contract is required for the TTAP.
