How it Works
Caller Dials into Main Number
Caller hears a message that says: Please hold while we contact John Smith
System calls up to 6 alternate phone numbers and rings all phones simultaneously, when answered, message is played as follows: We have a call for John Smith, if you are John Smith, please press any digit to take the call.
If any phone gives a positive acknowledgment of being John Smith, all other phones stop ringing immediately, and the caller is joined to that phone.
If no phone is answered or acknowledged as being John Smith, caller is connected to standard voice mail and can leave a message.
