Attention Valley Broadband & TV Subscribers:

Over the next several nights (Tuesday, September 17th – Thursday September 19th), Valley will be conducting scheduled maintenance and upgrades to the Fiber GigaCenters located within your home. This maintenance window is expected to begin around midnight and last until approximately 5am. During this window, an upgrade will be pushed to your equipment, and your equipment will power cycle and reboot. If your TV service is routed through your home network, you may notice that your TV service will also reboot.

This should be the extent of the outage that you experience. Not every customer will be affected each night – these upgrades are grouped into several different timeframes based on equipment type and IP address, therefore minimizing the length of the outage.
